How valuable is a location in Greater Yerevan?
An open, transparent location-value index built from freely available data (OpenStreetMap, GTFS, Copernicus) and grounded in current urbanism research: the 15-minute city, walkability, transit accessibility, street-network centrality, green space, environmental disamenities, topography, and distance to the urban core.
Every ~0.7 km² hex is scored 0–100 on each lens, then combined into a composite score you can re-weight on the fly.
